Hey there! I'm Kristyn Dingman, a proud body-positive mama and devoted wife residing in the sunny oasis of Peoria, Arizona.
Inspired by the incredible community of mom bloggers out there, I've embarked on my own blogging journey. My mission? To share genuine, relatable moments from my everyday life. While many blogs showcase a picture-perfect world, I'm all about keeping it real—celebrating the highs and navigating the lows with authenticity and honesty.
As a staunch advocate for empowering women and promoting positive body image, I aspire to inspire. My ultimate goal is to encourage those grappling with self-love to embrace a more positive mindset about their self-image. From the uplifting to the challenging, I'm here to share it all—the good, the bad, and the beautifully imperfect.
A proud alumna of Northern Arizona University, I majored in Public Relations with minors in photography and studio art. These passions have shaped my creative journey and continue to influence my blogging endeavors.
On the personal front, my high school sweetheart-turned-husband is my anchor, supporting and uplifting me in countless ways. We embarked on our homeownership journey in Phoenix, AZ, where we spent three wonderful years before settling into our dream home in Peoria. Our wedding day in March 2016 remains a cherished memory, filled with love and laughter.
Our family grew brighter with the arrival of our firstborn, Benjamin. He's a bundle of joy, echoing the intelligence and warmth of his doting dad. Fast forward to March 2020, amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, we welcomed our second son, Bowen, turning us into a resilient and loving family of four.

Where are you from?
I was born in Las Vegas, NV but I grew up in the valley of the sun Phoenix, AZ. We purchased our second home and currently reside in Peoria, AZ.

How tall are you?
5 feet 4 inches

What is one of your favorite things to do?
I love a good meal. If we can try out a new restaurant or make something fresh at home I am all about it!

When did you get engaged?
I got engaged the night Jeremy and I graduated from NAU. I think it was May 2014. We were engaged for a little over 2 years before we finally got married.

Do you have any siblings?
I have 2 older sisters and a younger brother. We have a pretty large family so when we do family dinners once a week it is usually a full table.

What is your favorite snack both healthy and not healthy?
Healthy: carrots and celery
Not healthy: sour cream and onion kettle chips

What size jeans do you wear?
Depending on where I am buying them the size may vary but typically I am a size 7 or 10 but I have also fit into 14 too sooo. I've got some extra love :)

What is your guilty pleasure?
I am a big fan of any kind of shopping. Grocery stores, clothing, makeup, home decor, DIY projects, everything! I go grocery shopping at least twice a week because we eat a lot of fresh produce. Clothing is always a mix of places. I am a curvy girl with a larger bust so shopping can sometimes be frustrating but I still enjoy it. Makeup is always good to shop for all year round. I like both drug store and high-end brands. Home decor is something I absolutely love! I go to TJ max, Target, Home goods, Ross, World Market and Kirkland's for all my home decor items. I also am a big fan of Lowe’s. I love walking through and seeing the possibilities for a new project.

What is your favorite color?
I love the color purple. I don’t like to wear it but it is my go to color for most things.

What kind of car do you drive?
BEST mom car ever! Toyota Sienna

How old are you?
I am 32 years young

What is one thing people don’t know about you?
I struggle with anxiety and depression.

Tell us a little about your kids?
I have 2 boys. Benjamin is 6 and Bowen is 4. They are the sweetest little boys and I am absolutely loving being a boy mom. I can't wait to grow with these guys and show them what a strong, confident mother looks like. Both my boys are are the Autism Spectrum and we are navigating life through this new adventure.
